Save the eagles

There were two recent eagle deaths at nearby wind farms.  There is an eagle nest with 2 adults and 1 eaglet within 1.2 miles of the Black Rock Wind Farm turbines.  USFWS recommended that BRWF complete 2 years of pre-construction eagle surveys.  But they have not.  The rotor area is 3 times larger than turbines at nearby wind farms, but the BRWF wildlife risk studies used those nearby wind farms as a comparison when predicting avian deaths.  The turbines are not comparable and the data submitted in the application is deficient.
SAVE THE EAGLES.
